Prevent Health Problems By Developing A Healthy Diet

Health is a condition of body, mind and spirit in which infirmity and disease are absent. It is the combination of the physiological, psychological and social aspects that determine the health of a human being. A happy and healthy life is the key to long-term progress and enables the individual to enjoy life to the fullest. The concept of health has changed over time as advances have been made in medical science and technology. However, the way we understand and define health remains constant – that all human beings are made equal and have the right to pursue their individual dreams by attaining health and well being.

There are various causes that affect the individual and his health. These include genetic, psychological and environmental factors. When the individual comes into contact with different types of people who are known to be prone to certain types of illness, the likelihood of getting an illness increases significantly. Personal interactions that include stressful situations are known to be a major cause for illness and stress is a major factor that affects mental health.

Stress is the body’s response to sudden changes or high demands. In physical terms, stress can be defined as the body’s reaction to physical threats or dangers. Mental stress can also be defined as a mental state that is characterized by apprehension and worry about future situations or disease. Stress can affect both health and mental health conditions. It results in the body preparing itself for the possible threat and this prepares the body to either attack the perceived threat or run away from it.

Illness is a disease or abnormality that develops when one encounters physical pressures. Illness may be of different types depending on the area or organ where it occurs. When the person experiences stress and strain in his work, the chances of getting an illness is very likely. In the main article, we discuss three main categories of illnesses: physical illness, mental illness and environmental illness. The third category includes the common illnesses that occur due to stress or hereditary reasons.

The categories of illnesses mentioned above are based on the three determinants mentioned above. Determinants refer to the causes that are responsible for causing an illness. These causes include genes, lifestyle, social well-being and environment. These determinants have been associated with causing various kinds of illnesses. For example, people who are exposed to workplace violence are more likely to get physical illnesses than people working in an environment without similar stress. In addition, people who attend stressful social events are more prone to mental disorders than those who attend social events that are relaxed.

To maintain a healthy life, people in developed countries should pay more attention to their physical health and develop a healthy diet. In addition, they should improve their social interactions. If the physical activities lead to poor blood circulation and poor digestion, it will have a negative effect on their health. In developing countries, an emphasis should be given to ensure a good nutritional diet and avoiding too much stress. This will reduce the likelihood of getting a number of diseases that can result in serious health complications.
